Put Dusted on your home screen so it opens like an app.
This is what Dusted will follow every time. Check it's right. You can change it any time under More.
Tip: tap the mic on your phone's keyboard to talk instead of typing.
Keep track of what you've got, see what's running low, and get the orders written. Start from a list made for your kind of business, then delete what you don't stock.
Nothing to order. Set a "keep" level on items and they'll show here when they run low.
This is a starter list. Delete what you don't stock, put in your counts, and set how many to keep on hand.
Add a supplier by saying it, e.g. "Bidfood email is orders@bidfood.com, phone 02 4300 0000".
Quotes, invoices, bookings and emails add your clients here on their own. You can also add them by saying it above. Don't keep medical or treatment notes here.
Nothing waiting. When you send a quote or invoice it shows here until it's accepted or paid.
Nothing yet. Your quotes, invoices, emails and bookings will show up here.
This is what Dusted follows every time: your prices, rules and how you talk. Change anything, then save.
Saved.
These go at the top of every PDF.

Say it how you'd say it. Type or tap the mic and talk, in a few words: who, what, where, when. Dusted writes it up by your brief.
Nothing is sent without you. Everything is a draft. You read it, change it, then send it from your own email or phone.
Quote. Say the job and add the address for the real drive. Yellow lines need a price: tap one and type it in. "Send with the quote as a PDF" puts it in an email or message. The email ends with a link: they open it and tap Accept, and it shows as Accepted here with a notice up top. If they say yes another way, mark it Accepted yourself. Then write the deposit invoice in one tap.
Service call. Before you go: what the call costs you door to door and what to charge. Afterwards, "Job done? Write the invoice".
Email. Paste the email you got and say what you want to say back, or leave it empty to write a new one.
Book. Say when and how long. Add it to your calendar (with a leave-by alarm when you drive) and text the customer. "Coming up" has the next two weeks and a reminder text for each.
Stock. Say what came in, what you used or what you counted. Set "keep" and "reorder when down to" on each item, and "Write the orders" does the supplier emails.
Clients. Cards fill in by themselves from your quotes, bookings and emails. "Due soon" shows services and renewals coming up.
Money (above). What you're owed, what's overdue, and quotes waiting for a yes, with a reminder email one tap away.
Prices that change every day (fuel, power) are never guessed. They stay blank until you put today's price in.
