Why I built it

I'm a fridgie, not a programmer.

I run an air con business on my own: one bloke, every job, every quote, every invoice. For a long time the admin ran me. Hours on the phone, nights at the PC, doing paperwork when I should've been with my family.

So I built my own setup. Now I give it a couple of words and it handles the rest. The real change wasn't the paperwork. I can see my kids, pick up my family, and have a proper conversation without one eye on my phone.

I also watch blokes twice my age, brilliant at the job, stressing through the old way: on the phone, laptop open on site, on hold with some tech support line. They shouldn't have to become tech people to run a business.
